When viewing entries under "time entries," time admins will be able to view all time entries for your organization.  Users who are not time admins will only be able to see their own entries under "time entries."  The "Time Entries" module shows all of the line entries of time in a grid format.  The grid format allows you to adjust what fields you see, and apply filters (date range and key word).
