A "delete" button is not an option within the equipment module, as deleting a piece of equipment would delete that equipment's previous entries in time and equipment entries, and their associated grants and/or payments.   Likewise, an equipment entry/id should not be reused or recycled for another piece of equipment.   Instead of deleting, just "remove it from inventory."
