The wheel/sprocket in the top right corner of the grid allows you to pick what fields you want to display in the grid.  Toggle the ON/OFF button to display a field in the grid.  You can save grid "views" (groups of fields) by naming a view (save view as) and pressing the save view button.   The next time you go into the grid, your named Available Views will appear at the top of the page.
