Verifying Location is an administrative button (verified not verified) meant for supervisors or admins to verify the physical location based on possible inconsistencies with GPS reporting or unknown street addresses at the time of assessment or reporting.  It is not meant to verify the damage (which is usually the function of the status button).  The map pin can be moved to pinpoint exact damage on the property (e.g.   move pin from default address gps location to actual damage of building on property).
