FEMA Cost Codes can be captured in the Equipment Inventory Module. The associated rates published and updated by FEMA are also associated and loaded into the system.  The field "current cost code rate" displays the current rate.   While codes remain constant, the rates used in time and equipment exports are variable based on the disaster declaration date.   If the project does not have an associated disaster (and therefore no declaration date) it uses the date of work performed.
