Q: My time entry shows invalid and is telling me comments are required, but comments isnt *’d and I have other time entries without comments.
A: Time entries that will be claimed as part of Direct Administrative Cost of a grant (aka DAC), require comments. Comments (beyond the activity selected) are not required for Administrative Activities or Operational Activities, however, comments are always useful.
