In each of the grids, you can choose what columns (aka fields) you'd like to display in the grid or export.  To save a group of fields as a view (aka report),  click the fields "on" and name the view.   You can save a view as your default view.  Views can be renamed, shared, or deleted.  Default views can not be deleted.
